Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Information page for detailed delivery times and costs.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@celo-tea.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
